Our emails and social media message boards are monitored from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to respond to queries within 1 business day, although in very busy periods it may take a little longer.  

Should you have an urgent query outside these hours, you can contact our Crisis Line (see below).

If you are concerned about the immediate welfare of any animal, please contact the RSPCA as soon as possible.
